The project timeline ranges from 45 to 90 days, with no dependencies that could cause delays. However, in the event of unforeseen delays, the timeline may be extended. Customers will be promptly notified of any such extensions.
We commit to maintaining transparent communication regarding any timeline changes and will provide regular updates throughout the project duration.

Exclusions: Our services do not include structural modifications to buildings, electrical upgrades beyond the solar system integration, or any work requiring separate specialized contractors unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

IndiaHard Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
